You’re part of something special.

There’s a sense of belonging and community that lies at the heart of everything we do here. It’s the reason Providence exists in the first place. Everyone has a voice and ideas and opinions are valued because, as our town grows and matures over the next twenty years, we want the people who call Providence home to help forge its character and identity.

Welcome Dinners.

In Providence, we love getting together to share a meal and chew the fat. That’s why we invite every new resident to join us at an exclusive welcome dinner with fellow newbies and neighbours. It’s our way of saying we’re delighted to meet you and happy you made the choice to become part of our family.

Welcome to Providence

Get involved.

We’re smart, fit, caring, funny and organised in Providence, and to prove it just look at the range of things we get up to – pilates, Mummy’s Playgroup, gardening club, local business networking and The Providence Over 50s Group (don’t panic, it’s not a band), to name just a few.

Heart & Soul Festival

The Heart & Soul Festival comes from the heart & soul of this community.  The idea for the festival first came about at one of the welcome to Providence dinners we host for new residents.  An event planning committee was quickly put into place and the first Heart & Soul Festival was held in October, 2016.

Four years later, the community hosted the 4th annual Heart & Soul Festival  November, 2019.
